  ROOF REPAIRS NEEDED

  Roof repairs are needed to the roofing system on this building. In general this is an older roofing system that is in the last phase of its useful service life. Examples of observations noted during the inspection include:

  • It looks as the light tube skylights were added at some point.
  • Roof patching noted at the east side
  • Mild granule loss and physical damage was noted. This is typical for this age of roof.
  • Where I spot checked fastening shingles are high fashioned. This is incorrect but typical.
  • No drip edge flashings have been installed. These have been required since 2012.
